STANDARD SHIPPING: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your order.
Free Shipping on all orders over $99 within the continental United States. All orders under $99 will be charged for shipping.
Standard shipping (3-4 business days) is $4.99
Express shipping (1-2 business days) is $15.00
International shipping is calculated at checkout
We process and ship out orders Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 12 PM CST on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. Please expect shipping delays during site wide sales and during the holiday season.
Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.
LOST, STOLEN, DELAYED PACKAGES:
Maliboo is NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping time. Please contact your local carrier.
If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm or with your local police department.

Maliboo is NOT responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the correct shipping address before you checkout.
If the package leaves Maliboo with the incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost, once we receive their package back. If the package is not delivered back to us and goes to the incorrect address, Maliboo will not be held responsible.
Shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout.
*Please note Maliboo is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carries in your country, and delays once the package is in USPS hands.
Maliboo is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees your order may incur when receiving an international package.
RETURNS: Returns are accepted up to 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item has to be in original new condition with the Maliboo hang tag attached and no sign of visible wear such as: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Pet Hair, Fragrances, etc. Otherwise the return will be rejected. We kindly ask you to package the item with care in the original form it was sent.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping, Maliboo does not provide return labels at this time. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
